한국의 외화 준비 보유 잔고 3000억 달러 가운데, 92％를 잡는 유가증권의 대부분이 불량 채권이며, 하드 커런시(hard currency)인 미국 국채는 불과 514억 달러에 지나지 않는다고, 한다.
