ニューヨークでの記者会見について
————————記者会見での発言全文—————————
皆様、本日は私達の、記者会見にお越しいただきまして有り難う御座います。
まず、はじめに、間違っていただきたくないのは、私達がここにいますのは、慰安婦の存在を否定しようとしているものではなく、本物の慰安婦の皆様には、貧困、戦争と言う時代の流れの中、生きるために、慰安婦にならざるを得なかった事、物質的に豊かになった今では、想像も出来ない苦しい時代を過ごされた方々であったと言う事を知っていただきたいのです。
また、大東亜戦争での日本の勝利を願って、戦地の最前線の一歩手前まで行き、我々の先人達である兵士達につかの間の慰安を与えて下さった事に感謝するものです。そして、我々日本人は、その名も無い女性達の多くに対し、大変感謝しております。
我々は、この日本の為に兵士と一緒に戦って下さった慰安婦の皆様を貶めるような事があってはならないと思いますが、実際には一部の韓国の勢力により、現在、その名誉が、非常に貶められております。
私は、この問題で、あまり表面に出ていない問題に絞って、今回お話をしたいと思っています。
慰安婦問題に関して話す時には、いくつかのブロックに分けて物事を考える必要があります。
１．誰がこの問題を作ったのか、そして誰が何の目的で利用したのか
２．当時の時代背景はどのようなものだったのか

【誰がこの問題を作ったのか、そして誰が何の目的で利用したのか】
日本は、非常に自由な国です。言論の自由、表現の自由が守られた民主主義国家です。
この慰安婦問題で日本を非難し続けている韓国では、慰安婦問題を自由に研究することも、それを発表する事もできません。
慰安婦問題で、韓国の主張や日本の主張を公平に研究し発表した韓国のソウル大学の教授達は、その研究結果を発表しました。それは、性奴隷ではなく単なる戦時売春婦であったと結論付けたものでした。しかし、それを発表している最中にこの教授達は、酷い暴行を受けました。
また、韓国の宗世大学校の教授は、様々な慰安婦に関する研究をして、それをまとめた書籍を出しました。しかし、この慰安婦問題で利益を得ようとしてきた団体から提訴されて、裁判所は、その本の中の34カ所を削除しなければ、発売してはならないと命令しました。
さて、この慰安婦問題は、なぜ起きたのかですが、全ての問題を作ったのは、日本にいる共産主義者や社会主義者達、そして、韓国に親族などをもつ者達でした。
この共産主義者の中に吉田清治という男がいました。共産党員でした。皆様は、驚かれるでしょうが、日本には、日本共産党という政党があるのです。現在もあります。冗談ではありません。
朝鮮半島に従軍していた吉田は、軍人であった自分が、数百人の朝鮮人女性を戦争中に韓国の済州島より無理矢理連れて行き、慰安婦になることを強要したと言う内容の「私の戦争犯罪」という本を出版しました。
当時、済州新聞の韓国人の新聞記者が、事実を確認しに、その当時の事を知る多くの済州島の住民に聞き取り調査をしていますが、その韓国人の調査で、吉田清治の「私の戦争犯罪」の内容が真っ赤な嘘である事が証明されています。そんな事がこの小さな島で起きれば、暴動が起きる話だと一蹴されたと言う結果でした。
後に彼は、ある書籍のインタビューで問い詰められて、「本当の事を書いたら本は売れないでしょう」「そのくらいの事は、皆さん方（マスコミ）もやっている事でしょう」と開きなおったのです。
当時、その本を読んだ人達は、それが刺激的な作り話であることは分かっていた為に、単なるフィクションとして、読んでいたとの事でした。
しかし、その本を日本の朝日新聞が、あたかも事実であるかのように取り上げ、その本が韓国人に知られることになり、韓国語やその他の言語に翻訳されました。
この朝日新聞の記者である植村隆の奥さんは、韓国人であり、その奥さんの母親は、慰安婦問題で日本政府よりお金を取る為に組織した団体の会長でした。
彼女は、後に詐欺罪で逮捕されました。日本政府から、賠償金を取った暁には、みんなでそのお金を分けると言い、老人達より会費を集めていたのです。
慰安婦問題の現在は、意図的に現在の視点で、70年前の問題を評価するように仕向けられており、さらに、現在のポリティカル・コレクトネスを最大限に利用した物語であると言う事です。
この慰安婦の強制連行と言う「でっち上げ」は、この吉田清治、それを広めたのが、韓国人を身内に持つ植村隆という記者を要する朝日新聞、それによりお金を得ることができると考えた貪欲な韓国人達や組織、そして、電機、自動車、文化、全ての面で、日本に常に劣等感を持ち、日本を貶め従属させたいと考える韓国政府なのです。 朴大統領の告げ口外交を見ても、明らかにわかります。
【当時の時代背景はどのようなものだったのか】
皆さんは、日本の国土が狭い事はご存じだと思います。そして、資源が非常に少ない国であり、農業の耕作面積も限られています。その資源の乏しさが、あの戦争に向かわせた訳です。日本民族の存亡を掛けたものでした。
私の両親は、終戦の時には、10歳でした。祖父母は35歳前後で、私が小さい頃には、私が食べ物を残そうものなら、大変、怒られました。多くの日本人が経験したことです。これは、幼稚園や小学校でも同様でした。
そして、ほとんどの大人達は「これは、栄養があるから食べなさい」と口癖のように言っていました。当時の日本は非常に貧しく、私の両親や祖父母達も常に空腹で、食べられるものと言えば、少量の芋と山菜のみだったと話してくれていました。
【現在の韓国の老人の状況・年金、自殺率】
韓国の高齢者に対する年金は、年金を10年以上掛けている60歳以上が支給対象になります。
55歳での早期受給制度もありますが、この場合は、減額されます。
その年金の額は、個人で月額360ドル以下、夫婦では、月額576ドル以下です。
韓国の労働者の平均年間給与は69,120ドルですが、財閥系企業が、この平均を押し上げており、実際には、３0,000ドル程度が、標準的な事務職の賃金です。
また、財閥系と、そうでない企業の平均賃金の格差は年間40,000ドルと言う試算もあります。
このように年金の収入が、単身の場合最大で4,320ドル、夫婦の場合、6,912ドルと、生活できるレベルの収入ではなくなり、高齢者の自殺が、OECDの平均の2.6倍、 2011年には、70歳代では、10万人あたり88.4人、80歳代では、116.9人に登ります。
これを利用したのが、慰安婦をサポートするとして動いている２つの団体です。
1つは、「韓国挺身隊問題連絡協議会」で、もう１つは、「太平洋戦争犠牲者遺族会」です。
老人達の多くは、年金が支給されていません。10年以上かけ続けなければ、最低額ももらえないのです。もらっている方々でも、年間4,000ドルや6,000ドルでは、生活に困窮し、多くの老人達が、死を選んでいると言う事
です。老人の貧困率は、50％を超えております。
しかし、元慰安婦として登録されれば、余生をナヌムの家という施設で送ることが出来るわけです。
【ナヌムの家とは】
韓国の仏教系宗教団体が、元慰安婦を自称する老人達の為の施設を作りました。
このナヌムの家は、基金で運営されています。
しかし、この存在理由は、別にもあるのです。
元慰安婦を自称する金学順と言う女性と他数名が、1991年に名乗り出て、1991年12月に補償を求めて、日本政府を訴えました。2004年11月には、最高裁が棄却しています。
彼女は、義理の父親にキーセンに40円で売られたと証言しました。
当時、日本では、大きな話題となりNHKのテレビ番組にも招かれました。
その時のNHKの番組ディレクターは、番組が始まる前に弁護士である福島瑞穂氏等により、どのように話をするかのレクチャーを受けていたことを証言しています。
証言は、2転3転し、更には、ジープで連れ去られた、クリスマスは忙しかったなどと証言していました。
当時の日本軍はジープはありませんでした。また、クリスチャンではないので、クリスマス休暇もありませんでした。
また、他の元慰安婦を自称する方々は、戦地でもなかった富山県や釜山、臺彎などに強制的に連れて行かれたなど、あり得ない証言が多く見受けられました。
このように元慰安婦を自称する方々が、自由に質問に証言させると、証言の度に全く違った事を言う事がわかり、それを憂慮した韓国側が、自由な発言をさせないように1カ所に集めて、口封じをしている訳です。
さらに驚くことは、このナヌムの家の施設長やその他の職員は、女性職員に対して、施設内で月に２～３回程度の性行為を強要していたことが明るみに出て、辞任に追い込まれました。
冗談のようですが、この施設長は仏教の宗教団体から派遣された僧侶でした。
【韓国の教科書に関して】
2010年まで、韓国の高等学校では、国定教科書である「国史」が、使われていた。
この国定教科書は、1種類しかありませんので、国民全てが、同じ教科書で学ぶ事になります。
これが意味することは、キリスト教の教典や、イスラム教の経典のように、その中身が絶対的であり、一種の宗教となっていました。
日本の場合は、9社の一般の出版社がそれぞれに教科書をつくり、その内容にも幅があります。
文部科学省が定めた、ガイドラインに沿っていれば、後は、自由にそれぞれの出版社が、様々な事を追加できる事になっています。
私も、その教科書を読んでみましたが、その内容は、自国に都合の良い内容になっており、現実や史実とかけ離れたこと、また、同じページ内でも、上半分と下半分が矛盾する内容の記述もありました。
さて、この国定教科書で習うとどのような事が起きるかですが・・・。
そこに慰安婦の強制連行が20万人だと書かれていれば、テストの回答欄は、10万人でも、30万人でもなく20万人が正解となるわけです。
友達同士で、テスト前にこの話をすれば、1人が、「強制された慰安婦の人数は、15万人だったかな？」と言うと、その友達は、「もっと、勉強しろ。20万人だ」と言う訳です。
そして、その国定教科書で勉強した生徒達が卒業し、実社会に出た場合には、現実や他国の歴史で教えている事と異なることに気がつくのです。
しかし、韓国の場合は、1種類の教科書で、国民全員が習うわけですので、自分の周りにも同じ意見を言う仲間ばかりな訳です。
そこで、彼等がやるのは、歴史を捏造してでも、嘘を吐いてでも、経典である教科書に合わせようとカルト宗教のように必死に努力する事になるわけです。
こうして根付いたのが、20万人の強制連行性奴隷説なのです。
【河野談話はヤクザの手法そのもの】
我々が、日本以外の国で慰安婦問題に関して話をすると、「日本政府が河野談話で、強制性を認めているではないか」「お前等は、歴史修正主義者だ」と言われます。
しかし、この河野談話をよく読めば分かりますが、強制性に関しては、書かれていません。
マフィアやギャングというのに似たような組織にヤクザと言うのがあります。
ほかの言い方では、暴力団とも言います。
この連中の資金源の一つに「当たり屋」があります。
車を運転していて、ブレーキランプが点灯しないように、ハンドブレーキを使用し、急に減速します。そして、後ろから車にぶつけられるようにする訳です。
そして、その「当たり屋」は、「怪我もしていないし、車も大した傷がないので、問題ない。なので、警察は呼ばなくて良い」と善人のふりをします。
「ただ、事故で、もしかしたら、後で、何かあるかも知れないので、その場合は、責任を持つことだけをここに書いてくれるだけで良いよ」と笑顔で優しく言います。
大した事故ではないので、大丈夫だろうと思い、言われるままにサインをします。
そうすると、翌日電話がかかってきて、「昨日の事故の後遺症で首や腰が痛くて病院に行かなければならない。」
「昨日、書類にサインしたよな？だから、金を持ってこい」となるのです。
まさに、韓国は、このヤクザと同様の事を日本に対して行ったのです。
1993年3月、金泳三大統領は「従軍慰安婦問題に対し日本に物質的な補償は求めない方針だ」と言明した。そして、この河野官房長官の談話を韓国政府の指示の元に出す事になったのです。
その途中で、韓国政府より11カ所の訂正や、強制性を書くように言われたことが、当事者達の証言で明らかになった。この河野談話は、1993年8月に出されました。
そして、その直後に、韓国は、手のひらを返したように、また、謝罪と賠償を求め始めたわけです。
日本政府は、過去の事は、過去にしまっておき、将来の明るい日韓関係を構築するために韓国政府のある意味、言いなりにこの談話を出してしまった訳です。
１９６５年に現在の朴槿恵大統領の父親である朴正煕大統領と、日韓基本条約、日韓請求権協定で、それ以前の未払い賃金等は、日本が、当時の韓国の国家予算の2.3倍の額である8億ドル（有償無償併せて）を韓国政府に支払っている。しかし、韓国政府は、これを国民に分配するのではなく、大部分をインフラ整備に使い、漢江の奇跡と言う経済発展を成し遂げています。しかし、この条約も守られていないことを見れば、河野談話が悪用されたのも納得できます。約束を守れない国であると言う事です。
【歴史修正主義】
私達が、このような場で話をすると、必ず、韓国人や韓国の団体から、「歴史修正主義者」や「国家主義者」、「極右」などのレッテルを貼られます。
しかし、条約を無視し、自分勝手な修正をしているのは、韓国側なのです。
強制的に慰安婦にされたなどと言う事は、１９９１年に始めて言い始めたことで、その時点が韓国が歴史を修正した訳で、それをその前の状態に戻そうとしているのが、私達の活動です。
１９６５年の日韓基本条約締結時には、まったく慰安婦に関する事などでてきていませんでした。
【慰安婦は性奴隷か？弁護士戸塚悦郎の妄言】
慰安婦は性奴隷かと言う問題ですが、この言葉を使い始めたのは、日本の戸塚悦郎という弁護士です。彼は、国連に34年通い続け、20以上の人権に関する議案を提出するも、どれも、取り上げられなかったと言っています。しかし、慰安婦を「性奴隷」と言い換えた結果、国連が興味を示したと言いました。私は、昨年、彼と、国連で直接話をしました。
なぜ、「性奴隷だと思ったのか？」と聞くと、彼は、「私の勘だよ！勘！」と言いました。
西洋社会での「奴隷」というものの悲惨さを知っている方々は、その言葉を聞くと、人間扱いをされない悲惨さを連想するでしょう。しかし、当時、敵であった米国の公文書でも「高給取りの売春婦または、キャンプフォロワー以外の何者でも無い」と書かれています。
この問題を国連や西洋社会で複雑化させたのが、またも、この日本人による捏造であったと言う訳です。
この慰安婦物語は、金儲けを画策した日本人が捏造し、それを金儲けと考えた日本の弁護士と新聞社が拡散し、日本人が性奴隷と言い換えて、現在の状況になっているのです。
この20万人の慰安婦が強制されたという数字は、実は、日本の国会議員である荒船清十郎が、国会で始めて発言したもので、何の根拠もないものです。
【韓国人売春婦の現在】
現在、韓国政府発表の数字では、日本国内にいる韓国人売春婦や性産業に従事するものは、５万人いるとの事です。そして、日本以外の米国、豪州、中東にも５万人の売春婦が働いているとの事です。
また、年間２０万人の１３歳～１８歳の学生が家出をして、その半数が体を売っているとの統計もあります。そして、その少女達は、学校で体を売ることは悪い事だとは教えて貰っていないので、悪いとは思っていないと言っています。
カリフォルニア州で売春で捕まる売春婦の８割は、韓国人だとの統計があります。
そして、彼女たちは、マッサージパーラーと称して、売春を行っています。
驚くことにその店の名前は、「東京」「大阪」「神戸」など、日本の地名などを使用しています。
戦時中は日本軍に強制されたが、現在は、１０万人以上が自由意志で売春をしていると言う全く整合性がとれないのが、この慰安婦問題です。
韓国の性産業での収入は、GDPの4％を占めます。これは、韓国の農業と漁業を合わせた金額に匹敵します。
キーセンは、国家公務員でした。その様な国が、日本を貶めるために作り上げたのが、慰安婦物語であり、そこに理論を注入すれば、全てがバラバラに崩れ落ちてしまうのです。

For the beginning I sincerely hope that everyone here will not misunderstand the reason why we are here today. We are not trying to rewrite or revise the history.
Those so called Korean comfort women were Japanese citizens living in Korean peninsula during World War II.
They were also the ones who fought against our enemy in the capacity of providing comfort to the Japanese Imperial soldiers, not only physicallybut also mentally.
They went right behind the battle field to comfort the soldiers who put their lives on the line to defend Japan.
Therefore, we greatly appreciated those unnamed women who served for the nation along with our soldiers.
We really feel that no one should degrade the honor of those comfort women.
But unfortunately, there are some groups of people who are continuing to defame the honor of these women.
As everyone knows comfort women issue is a very complex issue so in order to make it a little simple, I want to divide this in 7 subjects. These 7 subjects will cover only a portion of the whole issue but I selected issues which are not very well known but important to consider when we talk about comfort women issue.

Japan is a democratic nation enjoying freedom of speech, freedom of expression.
But Korea, who is critical about Japan on this issue, has limited freedom of speech and limited freedom of expression especially the contentious issues with Japan.
It is not easy to study this issue even in academia in South Korea.
Professor Lee Yong-hoon who studied this issue spending a lot of time, came to a conclusion.
He addressed Korean people at a conference to speak about his study.
The result was, he could not find any concrete evidence to prove any trace of kidnapping or forcible draft of comfort women after he interviewed many self-proclaimed former comfort women.
During his speech, he was attacked and beat up by audiences there at the conference.
Because his conclusion did not correspond with their expectation of the victimhood business.
Finally after being beat up and humiliated, he had to apologize to the self-proclaimed former comfort women in order to keep his position at the Seoul University.
There is an another honorary Professor at Seoul University named An Byeong-jik who also studied about this issue but could not find any traces showing forcible draft of women.
The significance of this professor was, he sided with an organization critical of Japan named “The Korean Council for the Women Drafted for Military Sexual Slavery by Japan” and conducted investigations together with this organization.
But after spending 3 years on this study, he concluded that the group who he was working with was fabricating the history just to extract money from Japan.
Because he is an honest man, he could not accept this fraud.
Also, there is another professor of Sejong University named Ms. Park Yu-ha who published a book in August 2013 titled “Teikoku no Ianfu” which is “Comfort women of empire.”
She stated in this book, both Japan and Korea need to be responsible.
She was sued by self-proclaimed former comfort women, (actuality is a comfort women support group) because they claimed that her book is defamation of character. Korean court announced a verdict to ban publishing the book unless 34 parts of her book were deleted.
These 3 incidents related to Korean university professors obviously telling that anyone opposing to those two groups of comfort women supporters are punished harshly. There is no freedom of speech or freedom of expression in South Korea related to this issue. It is just like a country lacking basic human rights all of us enjoy in this room.
An editor of Sankei Newspaper Seoul bureau Mr. Tasuya Kato arrested because what he wrote for a Japanese newspaper was considered defamationof President Park. Although what he wrote for the Japanese newspaper was just an article cited from Korean newspaper.
Now we need to clarify who initiated this comfort women issue.
Surprisingly, this issue is initiated by Japanese people.
Initially, a Japanese communist whose name is Seiji Yoshida.
Do you know that we have communist party in Japan? The name of the partyis “Japan communist party. It exists even today and they have 33 seats in the congress. It’s not a joke.
Yoshida was Japanese military personnel who served in Korean peninsula during WWII. After the war, he came back to Japan and issued a book titled “My war crime.”
In this book, he stated that he kidnapped well over 200 women to make them comfort women by the order of Japanese military.
Korean news media went the island called Cheju Island to know the legitimacy of his claim. Also Japanese historians and journalists investigated but could not find any traces of forcible draft. According to the Cheju news paper’s interviews in the islands, people living theresaid, “If anyone who kidnapped a single girl from around 200 houses, itwould be a big news. It is impossible to kidnap over 200 people secretly from this island.”
Later, Yoshida was interviewed by a magazine company and they pressed him an answer.
He testified “If I wrote what I experience, the book would not be sold well.” “It is same as you news media people are doing.” He suddenly tooka defiant attitude toward the interviewer.
But the problem was not ended at the point.
Comfort women false stories were reported by an editor named Takashi Uemura of Asahi News paper on their paper repeatedly.
The news was spread out to Korea and the book was translated into Korean language and published in South Korea.
The wife of the editor at Asahi Shinbun was happened to be a Korean woman whose mother was a Chair person of “Association for the Pacific war victims.”
What? Mother in law of this editor of Asahi shinbun was a chair person of an organization who has been demanding apology and compensation?
We came to know the system they established to earn money.
Although it was obvious that the news articles he wrote were all based on the false, Asahi newspaper company did not correct those articles andleft it as they were.
Last year, we spent a lot of effort to investigate what actually happened with this Asahi newspaper company, many of Japanese protested against the company to correct those wrongly written articles and finally they gave up to maintain the old articles written based on the false and corrected 16 articles which were incorrect. Later they corrected another two articles related.
As I stated earlier, the wife of this Japanese editor is Korean,
Therefore mother in law is Korean who is also a chair person of a group of comfort women to extract money from Japanese government.
She claimed that anyone who was certain age during the war can be a member of the group if you pay the membership fee, in return, you will get big money back when the group succeeded to get compensation from theJapanese government.
The paramount reason of this comfort women issue is, those who are trying to get money is trying to let the people to see the history by current cultural standard emotionally.
This false story of comfort women was started by Seiji Yoshida’s book then Takashi Uemura who has Korean wife and relatives took advantage of his position to spread Yoshida’s lie by writing to the newspaper repeatedly to bring benefit to the organization his mother in law runs by distorting the story further to exploit the emotion of innocent people by telling sad and touchy story.
Above of it, Korean government found it is usable issue to avoid the frustration directed to them from their own people and shift it to this comfort women issue to release the pressure to the government.
No.2 【Senior Korean pension and suicide】
Korean people who paid over 10 years for social welfare can get pension after 60 years old. It is selectable either from 55 or 60.
But the pension they get is maximum $360 per person or $576 per couple per month. Avarage pension is around $280 per month.
Even the people who get maximum amount makes $4,320 per person or $6,912 per couple.
The average income of workers in Korea is $69,120 according to Korean government.
By comparing the income while working and on pension is so much different and almost impossible for the people to keep their daily life.
This poverty put the elderly people to commit suicide.
Over half of the suicide in Korea is age over 70.
In 2011, the number of suicide committed by those elderly people is 2.6 times more than the average of OECD member nations which are 88.4 per 100,000 in the age of 70s and 116.9 in the age of 80s.
This makes easy for those two major comfort women groups to exploit the poverty of these low income elderly people by saying that “if you becomea member of the group, you will be paid good amount when Japanese government pays reparation.”
The worst part of these groups were correcting money from those poor elderly people to be a member to get the rights to be paid when it is successful.
But the plan did not work and those people who cheated elderly people were arrested by authority but the groups are still searching for the chance.
Interestingly, when Japanese government sat up fund to support those women, some of those former comfort women received money from this fund but as it was not paid to the organizations, that organizations started criticizing, bushing and bullying those self-proclaimed former comfort women who received money. Because those organizations did not get any ofthem.
The organizations who are supporting comfort women to get money are;
1. Women Drafted for Military Sexual Slavery by Japan and
2. Association for the Pacific war victims
The mother in law of Takashi Uemura who wrote those misleading articles is a board member of this organization.
Many of those elderly people are not getting pension.
Because you need to pay for 10 years at least.
Even the people who are in pension getting $4,000 to $6,000 annually.
This is why many elderly people are committing suicide.
Poverty of elderly people is now over 50% from the entire population over 70 year old.
But if anyone who are certified by government that who used work as comfort women get a right to live in the facility named “House of Nanum”or “House of Share.”
No.3 【What is House of Nanum】
A Korean Buddhist organization established a facility to plant those women who were certified that they were former comfort women which is called “House of Nanum” or “House of Share.”
This establishment is run by donation.
But there is another reason of existence of this facility.
There were a women named Kim Hak-sun and a few other women came forward in 1991, they filed a law suit to Japanese government to demand compensation.
In November 2004, Japanese Supreme Court dismissed the cause of this lawsuit. Because she testified that she was sold by her father in law to the Kisaeng House which is basically Koran official whorehouse.
This means the prostitutes were public servant in Korea.
At the same time, she was invited to speak at a program on NHK because the comfort women issue was/is a big issue at the time.
Nobuo Ikeda who was a director of the NHK documentary program trying to make a program to prove or accuse the forcible drafts of Japanese Imperial Military.
He testified that before the interview of the former comfort women, a Japanese lawyer named Mizuho Fukushima was lecturing to those women whatto speak at the interview repeatedly in the backstage.
She was acting words making up the dialogue of interview.
She was a lawyer to those comfort women who filed a law suit against Japanese government.
Another comfort woman testified that she was kidnaped by Japanese soldiers and forced into Jeep. Same women also said “I had to have more customers during the Christmas time.”
We did not have jeep at that time, also we are not Christian nation so there is no days off during that period of Christmas.
We think she was working for US soldiers during Korean war from her testimony.
Some other comfort women said they were forced to be sex slave to work in Taiwan, Toyama prefecture and Busan Korea.
We did not have comfort station in those particular areas.
As you can see, if those comfort women supporters let those women to speak freely, they testify different thing at each interview.
This is why they needed to have “House of Nanumu” or in English “House of Sharing” to isolate those comfort women not to get interviewed.
Surprisingly, the manager of this House of Nanum forced the female workers to have sexual contact with the manager. They forced to have sexual contact 2 to 3 times in a month according to the testimony of those victims.
This is not a joke. The manager is sent by the religious organization who established this house of nanum. The managers were monks.
After this incident came out, those managers were fired.
No.4 【History text book of Korean high school】
Until 2010, there was only one text book called “National history” which was issued by Korean government.
Every student studied by the same text book.
The meaning of this is, which is similar to the bible for Christian or Coran for the Muslim. What is written in the bible is the obligatory forthe people who believe the religion.
In Japan, there are about 9 private publishers who are making and printing text books for Japanese students and the contents in the text book is not the same for every text book.
Each publisher needs to follow the guide line which is provided by Ministry of education but as long as the contents given to them by government is included, it is free for them to add further on it or other prospective.
I’ve read the Korean history text book which was published by Korean government.
Even on the same page, upper side and lower side on the same page is contradictory.
Now what will happen if someone study by this National text book?
If it states that the number of forced sexual slavery was 200,000, they all believe it.
No exception. Because if someone said 300,000 or 150,000 were forced, then the one who answered it will be told “You need to study more, it is200,000.”
If any question related to this at their exam, they need to answer 200,000.
It is the only correct answer for them. Them means all Korean people.
After students graduated school who learned by this National History text book, they realized that what they learned is different from what other people learned in other countries.
Within Korea, everyone learned by same text book so there is no exception and everyone says same thing so it is natural for them and it became a kind of common sense for them.
So when those people faces to the different idea or though, they strivedto fabricate to match to what they have learned even telling a lots of lies. It’s just like cult organization.

When we talk about comfort women issue in abroad, leftist always label us “revisionist” “nationalist” and “far rightwinger.”
Also we are often told by those leftists, “Even Japanese government confirmed that there were forcible abductions by Kono statement which Chief Cabinet Secretary Kono spoke.”
But if you read Kono statement closely, there is no potion admitting forcible abduction.
In Japan, we have groups of people called “Yakuza” which is equivalent to Mafia or gungsters.
Yakuza deliberately gets hit by an automobile from behind for the purpose of extortion; an automobile accident fraud.
They use handbrake not to light the stop light of the automobile.
Then the Yakuza driver who was hit in the rear emerges from the vehicle with smile on his face to calm down the situation says, “I am all right and my car is not damaged so no need to call police.” “But just in case, I hope you to write that you will fully responsible in case if I suffer any injuries within the next couple of days.”
If you signs the paper, you will get a call from Yakuza next day or so claiming that he is experience in pain on his neck and back. As you signed the paper you need to bring money to the Yakuza. This is how theymake money.
In this comfort women issue, Nation of Korea applied exactly same tactics toward Japan.
In March 1993, South Korean President Kim Yong sam stated in his speech,“We’ve decided not ask Japan for further compensation as long as we getofficial apology.”
Then Japanese government negotiated about the wording of Kono statement which was the official apology from Japanese government.
Korean government requested correction on 11 points in which Japanese government agreed 10 out of 11 requested changes including the word “force” or “forcible abduction.”
This statement was what the Korean government requested and approved..
Japanese government announced this statement in August 1993.
Right after the release of this Kono statement, the South Korean government went back on their word and started demanding another apologyand second round of compensation.
Japanese government wanted to move ahead and keep the past in the past that was the reason for issuing the apology in the Kono statement although we had treaty in 1965 between South Korea and Japan to finalizeany further claim, as you can see, that did not work eiher.

Whenever and wherever we go to explain for the comfort women issue, those who oppose us label us “Far right wingers,” “Revisionists” and “Nationalists”
But the actual people who revised the history were the Asahi newspaper and Koreans.
In 1991, all of sudden, this issue came under the light.
This means those who fabricated the truth at that time have to be the one who needed to be condemned as revisionists.
This issue was dormant for 46 years after the war and all of sudden it was resurrected in 1991. Why the silence for 46 years?
No.7 【Are comfort women sex slaves?】
The individual who started using this term is Japanese lawyer named Etsuro Totsuka in 1992 February in Geneva at the UN human rights committee.
I had an opportunity to talk with this gentleman last July in Geneva at UN.
I asked him why did you present this issue to the UN.
He explained to me that he has been introducing over 20 bills in 34 years related to human right abuses to the UN human rights committee butnone of them were accepted.
But when he changed the term from comfort women to Sex slave, immediately, the UN human rights committee reacted positively and adopted the term he created.
So I questioned him again, why did you do it. His reply was, “It was just my imagination. I am proud of it” he said with full of smile on hisface.
The slave or slavery for the western culture is very sensitive as it should be.
So the use of this term by the lawyer was calculated to invoke emotions from people in the West.
In the US army report No.49 clearly stated that the women were nothing more than well paid prostitutes or camp followers.
The reason why this issue became so complex is, once again, it was initiated by Japanese people. South Koreans are just exploiting this ignorant behavior of Japanese.
This comfort women story was initiated by Japanese, lawyers found it will be beneficial, Asahi newspaper found it is profitable and Japanese changed the term from comfort women to Sex slave. The number of comfortwomen which is said now 200,000 was also initiated by a Japanese lawmaker.
In the state of California, 80% of the illegal prostitutes arrested by authority is Korean.
They use Japanese like name on their whorehouses such as “Tokyo,” “Osaka” and “Kobe” masquerading as massage parlor.
According to the Korean government figure, 50,000 Korean prostitutes areworking in Japan and another 50,000 are working in USA, Australia and other nations. This means that Korean government is aware of the situation that they are exporting large number of prostitutes to overseas.
There are also figures presented by a women"s rights group in Korea who estimates the total prostitutes in Korea is over 1 million. They are alldoing it for money.
4% of Korean GDP is generated by prostitution today which is equivalent to the total amount of agriculture and fishing industry output in South Korea.
Now we need to question. They claim that they were forced by Japanese army to be sex slave but now they are voluntarily involving to sexual business not only in Korea but also in overseas. I see this contradictory.

우선, 처음에, 잘못되어 있던 만이고 싶지 않은 것은, 저희들이 여기에 있어요는, 위안부의 존재를 부정하려고 하고 있는 것이 아니고, 진짜 위안부의 여러분에게는, 빈곤, 전쟁이라고 말하는 시대의 흐름안, 살기 위해서, 위안부가 되지 않을 수 없었던 것, 물질적으로 풍부해진 지금은, 상상도 할 수 없는 괴로운 시대를 보내진 분들이었다고 하는 일을 알아 주셨으면 합니다.
또, 대동아전쟁으로의 일본의 승리를 바라고, 전지의 최전선의 일보직전까지 가, 우리의 선인들인 병사들에게 잠시동안의 위안을 주어 주신 일에 감사하는 것입니다.그리고, 우리 일본인은, 그 이름도 없는 여성들이 많게 대해, 몹시 감사하고 있습니다.
우리는, 이 일본을 위해 병사와 함께 싸워 주신 위안부의 여러분을 깍아 내리는 일이 있어서는 안된다고 생각합니다만, 실제로는 일부의 한국의 세력에 의해, 현재, 그 명예가, 매우 깍아 내릴 수 있고 있습니다.
나는, 이 문제로, 별로 표면에 나와 있지 않은 문제에 좁히고, 이번 이야기를 하고 싶습니다.

【누가 이 문제를 만들었는지, 그리고 누가 무슨 목적으로 이용했는지 】
일본은, 매우 자유로운 나라입니다.언론의 자유, 표현의 자유를 지켜진 민주주의 국가입니다.
이 위안부 문제로 일본을 비난 계속 하고 있는 한국에서는, 위안부 문제를 자유롭게 연구하는 일도, 그것을 발표하는 일도 할 수 없습니다.
위안부 문제로, 한국의 주장이나 일본의 주장을 공평하게 연구해 발표한 한국의 서울 대학의 교수들은, 그 연구 결과를 발표했습니다.그것은, 성 노예는 아니고 단순한 전시 매춘부였다고 결론 붙인 것이었습니다.그러나, 그것을 발표하고 있는 한중간에 이교수들은, 심한 폭행을 받았습니다.
또, 한국의 종세대학교의 교수는, 여러가지 위안부에 관한 연구를 하고, 그것을 정리한 서적을 냈습니다.그러나, 이 위안부 문제로 이익을 얻으려고 온 단체로부터 제소되고, 재판소는, 그 책안의34개소를 삭제하지 않으면, 발매해서는 안 된다고 명령했습니다.
그런데, 이 위안부 문제는, 왜 일어났는지입니다만,모든 문제를 만든 것은, 일본에 있는 공산주의자나 사회주의자들, 그리고, 한국에 친족등을 가지는 사람들이었습니다.
이 공산주의자중에 요시다 세이지라고 하는 남자가 있었습니다.공산당원이었습니다.여러분은, 놀라지겠지만, 일본에는, 일본 공산당이라고 하는 정당이 있습니다.현재도 있습니다.농담이 아닙니다.
한반도에 종군 하고 있던 요시다는, 군인인 자신이, 수백명의 한국인 여성을 전쟁중에 한국의 제주도보다 무리하게 데리고 가, 위안부가 되는 것을 강요했다고 말하는 내용의「 나의 전쟁 범죄」라고 하는 책을 출판했습니다.
당시 , 제주 신문의 한국인의 신문기자가, 사실을 확인해에, 그 당시의 일을 아는 많은 제주도의 주민에게 청취 조사를 하고 있습니다만, 그 한국인의 조사에서, 요시다 세이지의「 나의 전쟁 범죄」의 내용이 새빨간 거짓말인 것이 증명되고 있습니다.그런 일이 이 작은 섬에서 일어나면, 폭동이 일어나는 이야기라고 일축 되었다고 하는 결과였습니다.
후에 그는, 어느A 서적의 인터뷰로 캐묻을 수 있고, 「사실을 쓰면 책은 팔리지 않을 것입니다」「그 정도의 일은, 여러분분(매스컴) 안개는 있는 일이지요」와 다시 열었습니다.
당시 , 그 책을 읽은 사람들은, 그것이 자극적인 만들어낸 이야기인 것은 알고 있던 때문에, 단순한 픽션으로서 읽고 있었다는 일이었습니다.
그러나, 그 책을 일본의 아사히 신문이, 마치 사실인 것 같이 채택해 그 책이 한국인에 알려지게 되어, 한국어나 그 외의 언어로 번역되었습니다.
이 아사히 신문의 기자인 우에무라 타카시의 부인은, 한국인이며, 그 부인의 모친은, 위안부 문제로 일본 정부에서 돈을 받기 위해 조직 한 단체의 회장이었습니다.
그녀는, 후에사기죄로 체포되었습니다.일본 정부로부터, 배상금을 취한 새벽에는, 모두 그 돈을 나눈다고 해, 노인들보다 회비를 모으고 있었습니다.
위안부 문제의 현재는, 의도적으로 현재의 시점에서, 70년전의 문제를 평가하도록(듯이) 대할 수 있고 있어 게다가 현재의 political・접속을 최대한으로 이용한 이야기이다고 하는 일입니다.
이 위안부의 강제 연행이라고 말하는「꾸며내」는, 이 요시다 세이지, 그것을 넓힌 것이, 한국인을 가족에게 가지는 우에무라 타카시라고 하는 기자를 필요로 하는 아사히 신문, 그것에 의해 돈을 얻을 수 있다고 생각한 탐욕인 한국인들이나 조직, 그리고, 전기, 자동차, 문화, 모든 면에서, 일본에 항상 열등감을 가져, 일본을 깍아 내려 종속시키고 싶다고 생각하는 한국 정부입니다.박대통령의 고자질 외교를 봐도, 분명하게 압니다.
【당시의 시대 배경은 어떠한 것이었는가 】
여러분은, 일본의 국토가 좁은 일은 아시는 바라고 생각합니다.그리고, 자원이 매우 적은 나라이며, 농업의 경작 면적도 한정되어 있습니다.그 자원의 부족함이, 그 전쟁으로 향하게 한 (뜻)이유입니다.일본 민족의 존망을 건 것이었습니다.
나의 부모님은, 종전때에는, 10세였습니다.조부모는 35세 전후로, 내가 어렸을 적에는, 내가 음식을 남긴다면, 큰 일 , 화가 났습니다.많은 일본인이 경험한 것입니다.이것은, 유치원이나 초등학교에서도 같이였습니다.
그리고, 대부분의 어른들은「이것은, 영양이 있으니까 먹으세요」와 말버릇과 같이 말했습니다.당시의 일본은 매우 궁핍하고, 나의 부모님이나 조부모들도 항상 공복으로, 먹을 수 있을 것이라고 말하면, 소량의 감자와 산채만이었다고 이야기해 주고 있었습니다.
【현재의 한국의 노인의 상황・연금, 자살율 】
한국의 고령자에 대한 연금은, 연금을 10년 이상 걸고 있는 60세 이상이 지급 대상이 됩니다.
55세에의 조기 수급 제도도 가, 이 경우는, 감액됩니다.
그 연금의 액수는, 개인으로 월액 360 달러 이하, 부부에서는, 월액 576 달러 이하입니다.
한국의 노동자의 평균 연간 급여는 69,120 달러입니다만, 재벌계 기업이, 이 평균을 밀어 올리고 있어 실제로는, 3 0,000 달러 정도가, 표준적인 사무직의 임금입니다.
또, 재벌계와 그렇지 않은 기업의 평균 임금의 격차는 연간 40,000 달러라고 하는 시산도 있습니다.
이와 같이 연금의 수입이, 단신의 경우 최대로 4,320 달러, 부부의 경우, 6,912 달러로생활할 수 있는 레벨의 수입은 아니게 되어, 고령자의 자살이, OECD의 평균의 2.6배, 2011년에는, 70대에서는, 10만명 당 88.4명, 80대에서는, 116.9사람에게 오릅니다.
이것을 이용한 것이, 위안부를 서포트한다고 해 움직이고 있는 2개의 단체입니다.
하나는,「한국정신대 문제 연락 협의회 」로, 또 하나는,「태평양전쟁 희생자 유족회 」입니다.
노인들의 상당수는, 연금이 지급되고 있지 않습니다.10년 이상 계속 걸치지 않으면 , 최저액도 받을 수 없습니다.받고 있는 분들이라도,연간 4,000 달러나 6,000 달러로는, 생활에 곤궁해, 많은 노인들이, 죽음을 선택하고 있다고 하는 일
입니다.노인의 빈곤율은, 50%를 넘고 있습니다.
그러나,원위안부로서 등록되면, 여생을 나눔의 집이라고 하는 시설에서 보낼 수 있는 것입니다.
【나눔의 집과는 】
한국의 불교계 종교 단체가, 원위안부를 자칭 하는 노인들을 위한 시설을 만들었습니다.
이 나눔의 집은, 기금으로 운영되고 있습니다.
그러나, 이 존재 이유는, 따로도 있습니다.
원위안부를 자칭 하는 김 마나부 순서라고 하는 여성과 타수명이, 1991년에 자칭하기 나오고, 1991년 12월에 보상을 요구하고, 일본 정부를 고소했습니다.2004년 11월에는, 최고재판소가 기각하고 있습니다.
그녀는, 의리의 부친에게 키센에 40엔으로 팔렸다고 증언했습니다.
당시 , 일본에서는, 큰 화제가 되어 NHK의 TV프로에도 초대되었습니다.
그 때의NHK의 프로그램 디렉터는, 프로그램이 시작되기 전에 변호사인 후쿠시마 미즈호 씨등에 의해, 어떻게 이야기를 할까의 지도를 받고 있던 것을 증언하고 있습니다.
증언은, 2전 3바꾸어, 더욱은, 지프로 데리고 사라진, 크리스마스망 꾸짖었다는 등이라고 증언하고 있었습니다.
당시의 일본군은 지프는 없었습니다.또, 크리스챤은 아니기 때문에, 크리스마스 휴가도 없었습니다.
또, 다른원위안부를 자칭 하는 분들은, 전지도 아니었던 토야마현이나 부산, 대만 등에 강제적으로 데리고 가졌다는 등, 어늘 수 없는 증언이 많이 보여졌습니다.
이와 같이 원위안부를 자칭 하는 분들이, 자유롭게 질문에 증언시키면, 증언의 번에 완전히 다른 일을 말하는 것이 알아, 그것을 우려한 한국측이,자유로운 발언을 시키지 않게 1개소에 모으고, 입막음을 하고 있는 것입니다.
한층 더 놀라는 것은, 이 나눔의 집의 시설장이나 그 외의 직원은, 여성 직원에 대해서, 시설내에서 한달에 2～3회 정도의 성행위를 강요하고 있었던 것이 표면화되고, 사임에 몰렸습니다.
농담같습니다만, 이 시설장은 불교의 종교 단체로부터 파견된 승려였습니다.
【한국의 교과서에 관해서 】
2010년까지, 한국의 고등학교에서는, 국정교과서인「국사」가, 사용되고 있었다.
이 국정교과서는, 1 종류 밖에 없기 때문에, 국민 모두가, 같은 교과서로 배우는 일이 됩니다.
이것이 의미하는 것은, 크리스트교의 경전이나, 이슬람교의 경전과 같이, 그 내용이 절대적이고, 일종의 종교가 되고 있었습니다.
일본의 경우는, 9사의 일반의 출판사가 각각 교과서를 만들어, 그 내용에도 폭이 있습니다.
문부 과학성이 정한, 가이드 라인에 따라서 있으면, 다음은, 자유롭게 각각의 출판사가, 여러가지 일을 추가할 수 있는 일이 되어 있습니다.
나도, 그 교과서를 읽어 보았습니다만, 그 내용은, 자국에 형편이 좋은 내용 (이)가 되어 있어, 현실이나 사실과 동떨어진 것, 또, 같은 페이지내에서도, 상반분으로 하반신이 모순되는 내용의 기술도 있었습니다.
그런데, 이 국정교과서로 배우면 어떠한 일이 일어날까입니다만 ・・・.
거기에 위안부의 강제 연행이 20만명이라고 쓰여져 있으면, 테스트의 회답란은, 10만명이라도, 30만명도 아니고 20만명이 정답이 되는 것입니다.
친구끼리, 테스트전에 이 이야기를 하면, 1명이, 「강제당한 위안부의 인원수는, 15만명이었는지?」라고 말하면, 그 친구는, 「 더, 공부해라.20만명이다」라고 말하는 것입니다.
그리고, 그 국정교과서로 공부한 학생들이 졸업해, 실제사회에 나왔을 경우에는, 현실이나 타국의 역사로 가르치고 있는 일과 다른 것에 깨닫습니다.
그러나,한국의 경우는, 1 종류의 교과서로, 국민 전원이 배우는(뜻)이유이므로, 자신의 주위에도 같은 의견을 말하는 동료(뿐)만(뜻)이유입니다.
거기서,그들이 하는 것은, 역사를 날조 해서라도, 거짓말을 토해서라도, 경전인 교과서에 맞추려고 컬트 종교와 같이 필사적으로 노력하는 일이 되는 것입니다.
이렇게 해 뿌리 내린 것이, 20만명의 강제 연행성 노예설입니다.
【코노 담화는 야쿠자의 수법 그 자체 】
우리가, 일본 이외의 나라에서 위안부 문제에 관해서 이야기를 하면, 「일본 정부가 코노 담화로, 강제성을 인정하고 있지 아니겠는가」「너등은, 역사 수정주의자다」라고 말해집니다.
그러나, 이 코노 담화를 잘 읽으면 압니다만, 강제성에 관해서는, 쓰여져 있지 않습니다.
마피아나 갱이라고 하는데 비슷한 조직에 야쿠자라고 말하는 것이 있습니다.
다른 말투에서는, 폭력단이라고도 말합니다.
이 무리의 자금원의 하나에「당 가게」가 있습니다.
차를 운전하고 있고, 브레이크 램프가 점등하지 않게, 핸드 브레이크를 사용해, 갑자기 감속합니다.그리고, 뒤에서 차 무디어져 붙여지도록(듯이) 하는 것입니다.
그리고, 그「당 가게」는, 「상처도 하고 있지 않고, 차도 대단한 상처가 없기 때문에, 문제？`네 있어.그래서, 경찰은 부르지 않아 좋은」와 선인의 행세를 합니다.

대단한 사고는 아니기 때문에, 괜찮을 것이라고 생각해, 말해지는 대로 싸인을 합니다.
그렇다면, 다음날 전화가 걸려오고, 「어제의 사고의 후유증으로 목이나 허리가 아파서 병원에 가지 않으면 안 된다.」
「어제, 서류에 싸인한 것 같아?그러니까, 돈을 안성맞춤」됩니다.
확실히,한국은, 이 야쿠자와 같은 일을 일본에 대해서 갔습니다.
1993년 3월, 김영삼 대통령은「종군위안부 문제에 대해 일본에 물질적인 보상은 요구하지 않을 방침이다」와 언명 했다.그리고, 이 코노 관방장관의 담화를 한국 정부의 지시의 바탕으로 내는 일이 되었습니다.
그 도중에, 한국 정부보다 11개소의 정정이나, 강제성을 쓰도록 들은 것이, 당사자들의 증언으로 밝혀졌다.이 코노 담화는, 1993년 8월에 나왔습니다.
그리고,그 직후에, 한국은, 손바닥을 뒤집은 것처럼, 또, 사죄와 배상을 요구하기 시작한 것입니다.
일본 정부는, 과거의 일은, 과거에 넣어 두어, 장래가 밝은 일한 관계를 구축하기 위해서 한국 정부가 있는 의미, 하라는 대로 이 담화를 내 버린 (뜻)이유입니다.
1965년에 현재의 박근 메구미 대통령의 부친인 박정희 대통령과 한일 기본 조약, 일한 청구권 협정으로, 그 이전의 미불 임금등은, 일본이, 당시의 한국의 국가 예산의 2.3배의 액수인 8억 달러(유상 무상 아울러)를 한국 정부에 지불하고 있다.그러나, 한국 정부는, 이것을 국민에게 분배하는 것이 아니라, 대부분을 인프라 정비에 사용해, 한강의 기적이라고 하는 경제발전을 완수하고 있습니다.그러나,이 조약도 지켜지지 않은 것을 보면, 코노 담화가 악용 되었던 것도 납득할 수 있습니다.약속을 지킬 수 없는 나라이다고 하는 일입니다.
【역사 수정주의 】
저희들이, 이러한 장소에서 이야기를 하면, 반드시, 한국인이나 한국의 단체로부터, 「역사 수정주의자」나「국가주의자」, 「극우」등의 평가를 받아집니다.
그러나, 조약을 무시해, 제멋대로인 수정을 하고 있는 것은, 한국측입니다.
강제적으로 위안부로 되었다는 등이라고 하는 것은, 1991년에 시작해 말하기 시작한 것으로, 그 시점이 한국이 역사를 수정한 (뜻)이유로, 그것을 그 전 상태에 되돌리려 하고 있는 것이, 저희들의 활동입니다.
1965년의 한일 기본 조약 체결시에는, 전혀 위안부에 관한 일등에서라고 오고 있지 않았습니다.
【위안부는 성 노예인가?변호사 토츠카열낭의 망언 】
위안부는 성 노예일까하고 하는 문제입니다만, 이 말을 사용하기 시작한 것은, 일본의 토츠카열낭이라고 하는 변호사입니다.그는, 유엔에 34년계속 다녀 20이상의 인권에 관한 의안을 제출하는 것도, 모두, 다루어지지 않았다고 말합니다.그러나, 위안부를「성 노예」라고 말해 바꾼 결과, 유엔이 흥미를 나타냈다고 했습니다.나는, 작년, 그와 유엔에서 직접이야기를 했습니다.
왜, 「성 노예라고 생각했는지?」라고 (들)물으면, 그는,「 나의 감이야!감!」라고 말했습니다.
서양 사회로의「노예」라는 것의 비참함을 알고 있는 분들은, 그 말을 (들)물으면, 인간 취급을 하시지 않는 비참함을 연상하겠지요.그러나, 당시 , 적인 미국의 공문서에서도「고급 잡기의 매춘부 또는, 캐프포로워 이외의 누구도 아닌」라고 쓰여져 있습니다.
이 문제를 유엔이나 서양 사회에서 복잡화시킨 것이, 다시 또, 이 일본인에 의한 날조였다고 하는 것입니다.
이 위안부 이야기는, 돈벌이를 획책 한 일본인이 날조 해, 그것을 돈벌이라고 생각한 일본의 변호사와 신문사가 확산해, 일본인이 성 노예라고 말해 바꾸고, 현재의 상황이 되어 있습니다.
이 20만명의 위안부가 강제당했다고 하는 숫자는, 실은, 일본의 국회 의원인 아라후네 세이주로가, 국회에서 시작해 발언한 것으로, 아무 근거도 없는 것입니다.
【한국인 매춘부의 현재 】
현재, 한국 정부 발표의 숫자에서는, 일본내에 있는 한국인 매춘부나 성 산업에 종사하는 것은, 5만명 있다라는 일입니다.그리고, 일본 이외의 미국, 호주, 중동에도 5만명의 매춘부가 일하고 있다라는 일입니다.
또, 연간 20만명의 13세～18세의 학생이 가출을 하고, 그 반수가 몸을 팔고 있다라는 통계도 있습니다.그리고, 그 소녀들은,학교에서 몸을 파는 것은 나쁜 일이라고는 가르쳐 받지 않기 때문에, 나쁘다고는 생각하지 않는다고 합니다.
캘리포니아주에서 매춘으로 잡히는 매춘부의 8할은, 한국인이라는 통계가 있습니다.
그리고, 그녀들은, 안마시술소라고 칭하고, 매춘을 실시하고 있습니다.
놀라는 것에 그 가게의 이름은, 「도쿄」「오사카」「코베」 등, 일본의 지명등을 사용하고 있습니다.
전시중은 일본군에 강제당했지만, 현재는, 10만명 이상이 자유 의지로 매춘을 하고 있다고 하는 전혀 정합성이 잡히지 않는 것이, 이 위안부 문제입니다.
한국의 성 산업으로의 수입은, GDP의 4%를 차지합니다.이것은, 한국의 농업과 어업을 맞춘 금액에 필적합니다.
키센은, 국가 공무원이었습니다.그 같은 나라가, 일본을 깍아 내리기 위해서 만들어낸 것이, 위안부 이야기이며, 거기에 이론을 주입하면, 모두가 뿔뿔이 흩어지게 붕괴되어 버립니다.

For the beginning I sincerely hope that everyone here will not misunderstand the reason why we are here today. We are not trying to rewrite or revise the history.
Those so called Korean comfort women were Japanese citizens living in Korean peninsula during World War II.
They were also the ones who fought against our enemy in the capacity of providing comfort to the Japanese Imperial soldiers, not only physicallybut also mentally.
They went right behind the battle field to comfort the soldiers who put their lives on the line to defend Japan.
Therefore, we greatly appreciated those unnamed women who served for the nation along with our soldiers.
We really feel that no one should degrade the honor of those comfort women.
But unfortunately, there are some groups of people who are continuing to defame the honor of these women.
As everyone knows comfort women issue is a very complex issue so in order to make it a little simple, I want to divide this in 7 subjects. These 7 subjects will cover only a portion of the whole issue but I selected issues which are not very well known but important to consider when we talk about comfort women issue.

Japan is a democratic nation enjoying freedom of speech, freedom of expression.
But Korea, who is critical about Japan on this issue, has limited freedom of speech and limited freedom of expression especially the contentious issues with Japan.
It is not easy to study this issue even in academia in South Korea.
Professor Lee Yong-hoon who studied this issue spending a lot of time, came to a conclusion.
He addressed Korean people at a conference to speak about his study.
The result was, he could not find any concrete evidence to prove any trace of kidnapping or forcible draft of comfort women after he interviewed many self-proclaimed former comfort women.
During his speech, he was attacked and beat up by audiences there at the conference.
Because his conclusion did not correspond with their expectation of the victimhood business.
Finally after being beat up and humiliated, he had to apologize to the self-proclaimed former comfort women in order to keep his position at the Seoul University.
There is an another honorary Professor at Seoul University named An Byeong-jik who also studied about this issue but could not find any traces showing forcible draft of women.
The significance of this professor was, he sided with an organization critical of Japan named “The Korean Council for the Women Drafted for Military Sexual Slavery by Japan” and conducted investigations together with this organization.
But after spending 3 years on this study, he concluded that the group who he was working with was fabricating the history just to extract money from Japan.
Because he is an honest man, he could not accept this fraud.
Also, there is another professor of Sejong University named Ms. Park Yu-ha who published a book in August 2013 titled “Teikoku no Ianfu” which is “Comfort women of empire.”
She stated in this book, both Japan and Korea need to be responsible.
She was sued by self-proclaimed former comfort women, (actuality is a comfort women support group) because they claimed that her book is defamation of character. Korean court announced a verdict to ban publishing the book unless 34 parts of her book were deleted.
These 3 incidents related to Korean university professors obviously telling that anyone opposing to those two groups of comfort women supporters are punished harshly. There is no freedom of speech or freedom of expression in South Korea related to this issue. It is just like a country lacking basic human rights all of us enjoy in this room.
An editor of Sankei Newspaper Seoul bureau Mr. Tasuya Kato arrested because what he wrote for a Japanese newspaper was considered defamationof President Park. Although what he wrote for the Japanese newspaper was just an article cited from Korean newspaper.
Now we need to clarify who initiated this comfort women issue.
Surprisingly, this issue is initiated by Japanese people.
Initially, a Japanese communist whose name is Seiji Yoshida.
Do you know that we have communist party in Japan? The name of the partyis “Japan communist party. It exists even today and they have 33 seats in the congress. It’s not a joke.
Yoshida was Japanese military personnel who served in Korean peninsula during WWII. After the war, he came back to Japan and issued a book titled “My war crime.”
In this book, he stated that he kidnapped well over 200 women to make them comfort women by the order of Japanese military.
Korean news media went the island called Cheju Island to know the legitimacy of his claim. Also Japanese historians and journalists investigated but could not find any traces of forcible draft. According to the Cheju news paper’s interviews in the islands, people living theresaid, “If anyone who kidnapped a single girl from around 200 houses, itwould be a big news. It is impossible to kidnap over 200 people secretly from this island.”
Later, Yoshida was interviewed by a magazine company and they pressed him an answer.
He testified “If I wrote what I experience, the book would not be sold well.” “It is same as you news media people are doing.” He suddenly tooka defiant attitude toward the interviewer.
But the problem was not ended at the point.
Comfort women false stories were reported by an editor named Takashi Uemura of Asahi News paper on their paper repeatedly.
The news was spread out to Korea and the book was translated into Korean language and published in South Korea.
The wife of the editor at Asahi Shinbun was happened to be a Korean woman whose mother was a Chair person of “Association for the Pacific war victims.”
What? Mother in law of this editor of Asahi shinbun was a chair person of an organization who has been demanding apology and compensation?
We came to know the system they established to earn money.
Although it was obvious that the news articles he wrote were all based on the false, Asahi newspaper company did not correct those articles andleft it as they were.
Last year, we spent a lot of effort to investigate what actually happened with this Asahi newspaper company, many of Japanese protested against the company to correct those wrongly written articles and finally they gave up to maintain the old articles written based on the false and corrected 16 articles which were incorrect. Later they corrected another two articles related.
As I stated earlier, the wife of this Japanese editor is Korean,
Therefore mother in law is Korean who is also a chair person of a group of comfort women to extract money from Japanese government.
She claimed that anyone who was certain age during the war can be a member of the group if you pay the membership fee, in return, you will get big money back when the group succeeded to get compensation from theJapanese government.
The paramount reason of this comfort women issue is, those who are trying to get money is trying to let the people to see the history by current cultural standard emotionally.
This false story of comfort women was started by Seiji Yoshida’s book then Takashi Uemura who has Korean wife and relatives took advantage of his position to spread Yoshida’s lie by writing to the newspaper repeatedly to bring benefit to the organization his mother in law runs by distorting the story further to exploit the emotion of innocent people by telling sad and touchy story.
Above of it, Korean government found it is usable issue to avoid the frustration directed to them from their own people and shift it to this comfort women issue to release the pressure to the government.
No.2 【Senior Korean pension and suicide】
Korean people who paid over 10 years for social welfare can get pension after 60 years old. It is selectable either from 55 or 60.
But the pension they get is maximum $360 per person or $576 per couple per month. Avarage pension is around $280 per month.
Even the people who get maximum amount makes $4,320 per person or $6,912 per couple.
The average income of workers in Korea is $69,120 according to Korean government.
By comparing the income while working and on pension is so much different and almost impossible for the people to keep their daily life.
This poverty put the elderly people to commit suicide.
Over half of the suicide in Korea is age over 70.
In 2011, the number of suicide committed by those elderly people is 2.6 times more than the average of OECD member nations which are 88.4 per 100,000 in the age of 70s and 116.9 in the age of 80s.
This makes easy for those two major comfort women groups to exploit the poverty of these low income elderly people by saying that “if you becomea member of the group, you will be paid good amount when Japanese government pays reparation.”
The worst part of these groups were correcting money from those poor elderly people to be a member to get the rights to be paid when it is successful.
But the plan did not work and those people who cheated elderly people were arrested by authority but the groups are still searching for the chance.
Interestingly, when Japanese government sat up fund to support those women, some of those former comfort women received money from this fund but as it was not paid to the organizations, that organizations started criticizing, bushing and bullying those self-proclaimed former comfort women who received money. Because those organizations did not get any ofthem.
The organizations who are supporting comfort women to get money are;
1. Women Drafted for Military Sexual Slavery by Japan and
2. Association for the Pacific war victims
The mother in law of Takashi Uemura who wrote those misleading articles is a board member of this organization.
Many of those elderly people are not getting pension.
Because you need to pay for 10 years at least.
Even the people who are in pension getting $4,000 to $6,000 annually.
This is why many elderly people are committing suicide.
Poverty of elderly people is now over 50% from the entire population over 70 year old.
But if anyone who are certified by government that who used work as comfort women get a right to live in the facility named “House of Nanum”or “House of Share.”
No.3 【What is House of Nanum】
A Korean Buddhist organization established a facility to plant those women who were certified that they were former comfort women which is called “House of Nanum” or “House of Share.”
This establishment is run by donation.
But there is another reason of existence of this facility.
There were a women named Kim Hak-sun and a few other women came forward in 1991, they filed a law suit to Japanese government to demand compensation.
In November 2004, Japanese Supreme Court dismissed the cause of this lawsuit. Because she testified that she was sold by her father in law to the Kisaeng House which is basically Koran official whorehouse.
This means the prostitutes were public servant in Korea.
At the same time, she was invited to speak at a program on NHK because the comfort women issue was/is a big issue at the time.
Nobuo Ikeda who was a director of the NHK documentary program trying to make a program to prove or accuse the forcible drafts of Japanese Imperial Military.
He testified that before the interview of the former comfort women, a Japanese lawyer named Mizuho Fukushima was lecturing to those women whatto speak at the interview repeatedly in the backstage.
She was acting words making up the dialogue of interview.
She was a lawyer to those comfort women who filed a law suit against Japanese government.
Another comfort woman testified that she was kidnaped by Japanese soldiers and forced into Jeep. Same women also said “I had to have more customers during the Christmas time.”
We did not have jeep at that time, also we are not Christian nation so there is no days off during that period of Christmas.
We think she was working for US soldiers during Korean war from her testimony.
Some other comfort women said they were forced to be sex slave to work in Taiwan, Toyama prefecture and Busan Korea.
We did not have comfort station in those particular areas.
As you can see, if those comfort women supporters let those women to speak freely, they testify different thing at each interview.
This is why they needed to have “House of Nanumu” or in English “House of Sharing” to isolate those comfort women not to get interviewed.
Surprisingly, the manager of this House of Nanum forced the female workers to have sexual contact with the manager. They forced to have sexual contact 2 to 3 times in a month according to the testimony of those victims.
This is not a joke. The manager is sent by the religious organization who established this house of nanum. The managers were monks.
After this incident came out, those managers were fired.
No.4 【History text book of Korean high school】
Until 2010, there was only one text book called “National history” which was issued by Korean government.
Every student studied by the same text book.
The meaning of this is, which is similar to the bible for Christian or Coran for the Muslim. What is written in the bible is the obligatory forthe people who believe the religion.
In Japan, there are about 9 private publishers who are making and printing text books for Japanese students and the contents in the text book is not the same for every text book.
Each publisher needs to follow the guide line which is provided by Ministry of education but as long as the contents given to them by government is included, it is free for them to add further on it or other prospective.
I’ve read the Korean history text book which was published by Korean government.
Even on the same page, upper side and lower side on the same page is contradictory.
Now what will happen if someone study by this National text book?
If it states that the number of forced sexual slavery was 200,000, they all believe it.
No exception. Because if someone said 300,000 or 150,000 were forced, then the one who answered it will be told “You need to study more, it is200,000.”
If any question related to this at their exam, they need to answer 200,000.
It is the only correct answer for them. Them means all Korean people.
After students graduated school who learned by this National History text book, they realized that what they learned is different from what other people learned in other countries.
Within Korea, everyone learned by same text book so there is no exception and everyone says same thing so it is natural for them and it became a kind of common sense for them.
So when those people faces to the different idea or though, they strivedto fabricate to match to what they have learned even telling a lots of lies. It’s just like cult organization.
No.5 【Gangster Strategies】
When we talk about comfort women issue in abroad, leftist always label us “revisionist" "nationalist" and "far rightwinger."
Also we are often told by those leftists, “Even Japanese government confirmed that there were forcible abductions by Kono statement which Chief Cabinet Secretary Kono spoke.”
But if you read Kono statement closely, there is no potion admitting forcible abduction.
In Japan, we have groups of people called “Yakuza” which is equivalent to Mafia or gungsters.
Yakuza deliberately gets hit by an automobile from behind for the purpose of extortion; an automobile accident fraud.
They use handbrake not to light the stop light of the automobile.
Then the Yakuza driver who was hit in the rear emerges from the vehicle with smile on his face to calm down the situation says, “I am all right and my car is not damaged so no need to call police.” “But just in case, I hope you to write that you will fully responsible in case if I suffer any injuries within the next couple of days.”
If you signs the paper, you will get a call from Yakuza next day or so claiming that he is experience in pain on his neck and back. As you signed the paper you need to bring money to the Yakuza. This is how theymake money.
In this comfort women issue, Nation of Korea applied exactly same tactics toward Japan.
In March 1993, South Korean President Kim Yong sam stated in his speech,“We’ve decided not ask Japan for further compensation as long as we getofficial apology.”
Then Japanese government negotiated about the wording of Kono statement which was the official apology from Japanese government.
Korean government requested correction on 11 points in which Japanese government agreed 10 out of 11 requested changes including the word “force” or “forcible abduction.”
This statement was what the Korean government requested and approved..
Japanese government announced this statement in August 1993.
Right after the release of this Kono statement, the South Korean government went back on their word and started demanding another apologyand second round of compensation.
Japanese government wanted to move ahead and keep the past in the past that was the reason for issuing the apology in the Kono statement although we had treaty in 1965 between South Korea and Japan to finalizeany further claim, as you can see, that did not work eiher.
No.6 【Revisionism】
Whenever and wherever we go to explain for the comfort women issue, those who oppose us label us “Far right wingers,” “Revisionists” and “Nationalists”
But the actual people who revised the history were the Asahi newspaper and Koreans.
In 1991, all of sudden, this issue came under the light.
This means those who fabricated the truth at that time have to be the one who needed to be condemned as revisionists.
This issue was dormant for 46 years after the war and all of sudden it was resurrected in 1991. Why the silence for 46 years?
No.7 【Are comfort women sex slaves?】
The individual who started using this term is Japanese lawyer named Etsuro Totsuka in 1992 February in Geneva at the UN human rights committee.
I had an opportunity to talk with this gentleman last July in Geneva at UN.
I asked him why did you present this issue to the UN.
He explained to me that he has been introducing over 20 bills in 34 years related to human right abuses to the UN human rights committee butnone of them were accepted.
But when he changed the term from comfort women to Sex slave, immediately, the UN human rights committee reacted positively and adopted the term he created.
So I questioned him again, why did you do it. His reply was, “It was just my imagination. I am proud of it” he said with full of smile on hisface.
The slave or slavery for the western culture is very sensitive as it should be.
So the use of this term by the lawyer was calculated to invoke emotions from people in the West.
In the US army report No.49 clearly stated that the women were nothing more than well paid prostitutes or camp followers.
The reason why this issue became so complex is, once again, it was initiated by Japanese people. South Koreans are just exploiting this ignorant behavior of Japanese.
This comfort women story was initiated by Japanese, lawyers found it will be beneficial, Asahi newspaper found it is profitable and Japanese changed the term from comfort women to Sex slave. The number of comfortwomen which is said now 200,000 was also initiated by a Japanese lawmaker.
In the state of California, 80% of the illegal prostitutes arrested by authority is Korean.
They use Japanese like name on their whorehouses such as "Tokyo," "Osaka" and "Kobe" masquerading as massage parlor.
According to the Korean government figure, 50,000 Korean prostitutes areworking in Japan and another 50,000 are working in USA, Australia and other nations. This means that Korean government is aware of the situation that they are exporting large number of prostitutes to overseas.
There are also figures presented by a women"s rights group in Korea who estimates the total prostitutes in Korea is over 1 million. They are alldoing it for money.
4% of Korean GDP is generated by prostitution today which is equivalent to the total amount of agriculture and fishing industry output in South Korea.
Now we need to question. They claim that they were forced by Japanese army to be sex slave but now they are voluntarily involving to sexual business not only in Korea but also in overseas. I see this contradictory.
This is my perspective of this issue.
